Join me online for a twice a month, midweek “pick me up” with Helen… 20-25 minutes of guided mindfulness, then a discussion topic… not just listening to me… there will be reflection, interaction (on chat and maybe breakout rooms). and Helen’s real, “down to earth” practical perspective on the topic. This week’s topic a biggie - The path of SELF-COMPASSION. I will share how Self -Compassion is helping me unwind my very critical inner voice and experience the inner transformation that self-compassion can bring. Take an hour out for you to meditate, relax, BE REAL and BE UPLIFTED!
