Whether it is a planning day, clarifying team vision, purpose, values and behaviours, a change initiative or a fun development day, I can create an enjoyable and productive learning experience for your team or staff.
Each team development or planning day or half-day is designed to meet your particular needs.
Topics and approaches can include:
Acknowledging current challenges and changes and validating current feelings and experiences.
Acknowledging recent team achievements and successes and valuing each team members unique contribution to the team
Clarifying team purpose, values , behaviours, team norms, action plans.
Developing Team and Individual Resilience, Adaptability and Fluidity and to assist teams to manage and adapt to change
Creating an “UPLIFT” for your team - acknowledging the difficulties (especially after and during COVID), and discussing strategeis to regain motivation and enthusiasm for work and life - CURRENTLY a POPULAR workshop
Understanding and appreciating your own and others working styles, communication styles, energy patterns
Mindfulness training, being a mindful team and guided mindfulness meditation
At the end of the session, team members and the team as a whole will have specific actions, solutions or strategies to put into practice to ensure the agreed outcomes are achieved.
