What is Mindfulness Meditation?

I offer mindfulness education both online and in person at my Somerton Park Studio, just 20 minutes from the Adelaide CBD. Mindfulness Meditation is a western, non-sectarian, research-based form of meditation derived from a 2,500 year old Buddhist practice called Vipassana or Insight Meditation. It is a form of meditation designed to develop the skill of paying attention to our inner and outer experiences with acceptance, patience, and compassion

Why Practice Mindfulness?
People who practice mindfulness, even for just a few weeks, can experience a variety of physical, psychological and social benefits:

Mindfulness Training

Learn mindfulness meditation and simple everyday mindfulness practices to help you reduce feelings of stress, increase calm and increase your effectiveness. You don’t need to fight your thoughts, you can find harmony with them.

Mindfulness Training is conducted in my Studio in Adelaide or on Zoom! Or if you have a group or team who want to learn mindfulness, training can be conducted at your workplace (please refer my Corporate Training page).
